摘要
由2 ,3 - 二氢- 4 H- 砒喃并[2 ,3 - f] 异喹啉- 4 - 酮与取代糠醛为原料,通过碱性催化的羟醛缩合反应合成了标题化合物,通过元素分析, I R 和 N M R 光谱确定了全部新化合物的结构,并讨论了反应机理.
The title compounds were synthesized by the aldol condensation reaction of 2,3-dihydropyrano[2 3-f]isoquinolin-4-one and substituted furaldehyde under the alkaline condition.Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis,IR and 1H NMR spectra.The reaction mechanism was discussed.
