摘要
在高氯酸钠催化下,氟苯与氯化亚砜反应制得4,4′-二氟二苯亚砜(2);2经H2O2氧化制得4,4′-二氟二苯砜(3);3用发烟硫酸磺化合成了3,3′-二磺酸钠-4,4′-二氟苯砜,总收率57%,其结构经1H NMR确证。
3,3′-Disulfonated-4,4′-difluorodiphenyldisulfone sodium salt in total yield of 57% was synthesized by reaction of fluorobenzene with thionyl chloride in the presence of NaClO4 to afford 4,4′-difluorodiphenyl sulphoxide,then oxidation with H2O2 in acetic acid to give 4,4′-difluorodiphenyl sulphone,and then sulfonation with fuming sulfuric acid.The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR.
