丙泊酚联合布托啡诺用于引产术的效果分析

The Effect Analysis of Propofol and Butorphanol for Induction of Labor

目的探讨丙泊酚联合布托啡诺用于引产术的效果及不良反应。方法 60例行引产术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组两组各30例,观察组应用丙泊酚复合布托啡诺,对照组单纯应用丙泊酚。比较两组麻醉效果。结果观察组麻醉优良率为93.3%。对照组麻醉优良率为80%。观察组麻醉效果明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚联合布托啡诺用于引产术镇痛效果好,并发症少,减轻患者痛苦,减少丙泊酚用量,不延长苏醒时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objectinve To discuss the effect and adverse reaction of Propofol and Butorphanol for Induction of Labor.Method 60 patients undergoing routine induction of labor were randomly divided into two groups and control group all 30 patients in the observation group application of propofol butorphanol in the control group were treated with propofol.Anesthetic effect were compared.Results Anesthesia excellent observation group was 93.3%.Excellent anesthesia control group was 80%.Anesthetic effect of the observation group than the control group,with statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Propofol butorphanol analgesia for procedures inducing effect,fewer complications,reduce patient pain and reduce the dose of propofol does not prolong recovery time,is worthy of clinical application.
