56例结核性脑膜炎的临床护理

Clinical Nursing of 56 Patients with Tuberculous Meningitis

目的探讨结核性脑膜炎的临床护理体会。方法选取甘孜州人民医院2008年3月至2010年3月收治的56例结核性脑膜炎患者的临床观察及护理。结果除5例入院3d内自动出院、3例死亡外,其余48例经积极治疗及精心护理,均好转出院。结论合理有效的护理是提高结核性脑膜炎的治愈率、降低病死率的重要保证。

Objective To discuss of tuberculous meningitis nursing care.Methods In Ganzi People＇s Hospital from March 2008 ~ March 2010,56 cases of colorectal encephalopathy admitted to the clinical observation and care of people.Results 5 cases were discharged within 3 days of admission,3 deaths,the remaining 48 cases of active treatment and intensive care,were improved and discharged.Conclusions Reasonable and effective care is to improve the cure rate of TB meningitis,an important guarantee for reducing mortality.
