摘要
本文研究了家兔iv东亚钳蝎毒0.21mg/kg和蝮蛇抗栓酶0.018u/kg后1hr,4h,的出、凝血时间和血液流变学8项指标的变化。结果表明蝎毒可延长凝血时间(p<0.05),蝮蛇抗栓酶能降低血浆粘度比(p<0.05),但两药均不影响家兔的出血时间和其他血液流变学指标(p>0.05)。
We reports the venom of Buthus martensii Karsch an effected on the blood rheology in rabbit. The results showed that the venom of Buthus martensii Karsch 0.21mg/kg iv, could lengthen coagulation time (P<0.05), and Ahylysantinfarctase 0.018u/kg iv could lower ratio of plasma viscosty (P<0.05). But they do not affect bleeding time and other parameters of blood rheology (P>0.05).
