老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期的护理干预

目的探讨护理干预对老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期的临床效果。方法将夏津县人民医院收治的60例老年股骨颈骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组对患者采取护理干预的方法进行围手术期护理。对照组对患者仅行常规护理。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组与对照组比较,观察组住院天数明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨颈骨折患者由于手术风险大,护理要求高,因此,围手术期间对患者采取有效的护理干预,有助于患者早日康复。并且可提高手术安全性,减少并发症的发生。

Objective Discusses nursing intervention to old age fracture of neck of femur the patient perioperative phase clinical effect.Methods People′s hospital of xiajin admitting 60 example fracture of neck of femur old age patient,divides into the observation group and control group each 30 examples stochastically,the observation group adopts nursing intervention to the patient the method to carry on the perioperative phase nursing.Control group to patient only good convention nursing.Compared with two groups of patient＇s clinical effects.Results The observation group and the control group compare,the observation group in hospital number of days obvious short in the control group,the difference has statistics significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Because the old age fracture of neck of femur patient the surgery risk is big,nursing requests high,therefore,perioperative phase adopts effective nursing intervention to the patient,will be helpful soon is restored to health in the patient.And may enhance the surgery security,reduces the complication the occurrence.
