摘要
以国内某石化公司2×70 kt/a硫磺回收装置为例,阐述了大型硫磺回收装置的工艺流程、主要技术特点和装置运行状况,分析了硫磺回收装置在运行工况下出现的问题,并针对这些存在问题提出了解决办法。
Taking the example of the 2×70 kt/a sulphur recovery unit of a petrochemical company in China,the process flow,major technological features and operation of a large-sized sulphur recovery unit are described,problems occurred during the operation of the sulphur recovery unit are analyzed, and solutions for such existing problems during operation are proposed.
