摘要
离心泵广泛应用于冶金、化工、纺织、石油、煤炭、电力、国防、轻工和农业等行业,其年耗电量约占全国用电量的1/3,占全国工业用电量的40%～45%,电动机系统的节能已被国家列为重中之重。介绍了离心泵的各种节能措施和运行注意事项,以保证其长期在最佳工况下运行,从而达到节能的目的。
Centrifugal pumps are widely applied in the metallurgical,chemical,textile,petrochemical,coal,power,national defense,light industry, agriculture and other fields.Its annual power consumption is about 1/3 of the power consumption of the whole country,and is 40%～50%of the industrial power consumption of the whole country,so that the energy saving of the motor system has been an essential target of the country.The various energy saving measures for the centrifugal and precautions for operation are outlined,so as to achieve long-term operation under the optimum conditions in order to realize energy saving.
