摘要
山楂核干馏制得干馏香料,一种是水溶性烟熏香味料,另一种为油溶性山楂核焦油,两者均具有独特的焦熏香气味和较强的抗菌、抗氧化和清除氧自由基的能力,在食品、饲料和医药保健品等方面有实用价值,是我国一种重要生物资源。
A water soluble smoke flavor and an oil soluble tar were gained by dry distillation from seeds of hawthorn. Both have unique burnt flavor and can be used as antiseptics, antioxidants of oxyradical scavensers. They have valuable application in food,feed and health care products. The seed of hawthorn is an important biologic source in China.
