学术不端并不单纯是一个学者的道德问题,而是一个事关学术和社会健康发展的大问题。它的泛滥不但极大浪费社会资源和学术生命,扼杀学术创新,破坏正常的学术秩序,而且毒化教育环境,影响人才培养质量,败坏社会风气,助长社会的不道德行为,使整个学术界和知识分子丧失社会公信力,最终摧毁国家的根基与发展能力。现在中国学术界已经到了必须正视学术不端泛滥的严重危害,痛下决心,整治学术不端的时候。

Academic integrity is not simply a matter of personal ethics,but also a weighty matter for the healthy development of academic research and human society.Academic misconduct is perceived as a waste of intelligence and social resources and also as a threat against academic freedom,originality and credibility.In addition,it impairs education quality,corrupts social value and encourages immorality.If this practice escalates,it will place the nation on an insecure footing and halt its sustainable development.To the extent that this practice is rampant in China,the Chinese academic communities should take the problem seriously and resolve to stop it.
