摘要
通过对非均速转动机构的研究,采用Solid Edge进行三维建模,并对三维模型进行快速而精确质量与质心位置的分析,改变构件的结构,从而解决了枕式自动包装机在高速运转的过程中,如何定位、横封、切断和机构平衡问题。
Through to the non-even transmit immediately drive mechanism research, the paper uses solid edge to carry on the three dimensional modelling, and carries on fast and the precise quality and the center of mass position analysis to the three-dimensional model, changes the component the structure, thus has solved the pillow type automatic packaging in the high-speed operation process, how locates, seals, the cut-off and the organization balanced question horizontally.
