In this paper, the applications of the ideas of green manufacturing in injection mould design and manufacturing, in the introduction of the concept and connotation of green manufacturing was introduced on the basis of injection mould of green manufacturing in the whole life cycle, including green design, green manufacturing, green recovery, again treatment etc, and combined with its own characteristics, injection mould has elaborated based on the green manufacturing of injection mould design and manufacturing methods.
