In semi-process product .model, for satisfying the time of deliver the goods, selecting the best technics route is the key problem of workshop product plan decision-making. In this paper, fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making model and its. steps are described, and ac cording to technics route of wall paper, by using the model, the optimal technics route of wall paper was chosen. This result was testified by the practice of the wall paper factory.
