摘要
机床电控与PLC的教学中,为使学生具有机床电气控制和PLC控制系统的分析和设计应用能力,提出了采用启发式教学方法授课。针对本课程的要求和知识特点,按照学生学习知识、技能所需的思维方法和思维流程,教学中采用多种启发形式和技巧,设计了相应的启发式问题激励学生思考,并逐步过渡到让学生自己提出问题、自我启发。通过在课堂上循序渐进提出问题,充分启发学生去思考,再配合相应的讲解和归纳总结,就使学生逐步掌握了设计电路的方法、过程、思路。这种启发式教学方法收到了很好的教学效果,得到了学生和教师的好评。
In the teaching process of Electric Control of Machine Tool & PLC, heuristic teaching method is adopted to improve the analysis and design ability of electrical eongtrol system of machine tool and PLC. According to the requirement and knowledge of the course, and based on the thinking methods and thinking processes of students to acquire knowledge and study, various heuristic forms and techniques are used in teaching. Many questions are proposed to inspire students to think, and then let students ask questions to themselves and self-inspired. There are. two examples of "start circuit design of three-phase asynchronous motor in line voltage" and "reversible circuit design of three-phase asynchronous motor". In these examples, questions are proposed step by step in class to inspire students to thinking. With the corresponding introduction and explanation and summary, the students can get the method and process and thinking of circuit design step by sten. This heuristic teaching method has received very good teachin~ results and been Draised bv students and teachers.
