Nd:YAG激光联合氟保护漆治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical effect of fluor protector combined with Nd:YAG laser irradiation in treating dentin hypersensitivity

目的观察Nd:YAG激光联合氟保护漆治疗牙本质过敏症的临床效果。方法将90例患者按年龄、性别匹配分为三组,每组30人,共176颗患牙。分别采用如下治疗方法,实验组:涂抹氟保护漆+Nd:YAG激光照射;对照组I:仅涂抹氟保护漆。对照组II:仅用激光照射。结果即刻疗效比较,三组总有效率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);1、3个月的疗效比较,实验组总有效率(94.57%,83.61%)优于对照组I(85.71%,73.21%)和对照组II(84.75%,71.18%),差异均有显著性(P<0.0167)。结论 Nd:YAG激光联合氟保护漆治疗牙本质过敏症比单一的治疗方法具有更好的临床效果。

Aim To observe the clinical effect of fluor protector combined with Nd：YAG laser irradiation in treating Dentin Hypersensitivity.Methods A total of 90 patients,176 teeth with dentin hypersensitivity,divided into three groups matched by age and sex,each group were 30 people.In the experimental group,after fluor protector smeared,Nd：YAG laser irradiation also used;the control group I was smeared fluor protector without laser irradiation;only laser irradiation used in the control group II.Results Comparison of immediate effect,the total efficiency of three groups was no significant difference（P0.05）.Comparison of the first 1,3 months,respectively,the experimental group（94.57%,83.61%;1,3 months＇ total efficiency）was more efficient than the control group I（85.71%,73.21%）and the control group II（84.75%,71.18%）,the difference was significant（P0.0167）.Conclusion Nd：YAG laser combined with fluor protector treatment of dentin hypersensitivity could lead to better clinical results.
