摘要
目的构建适合我国中药特点、切实可行的中药专利保护制度。方法对我国中药专利保护存在的问题和难点进行分析和研究。结果与结论提高中药专利保护水平,实施中药专利国际化战略是十分必要的。
Aim To establish an actual patent protection system of Chinese medicine,according to the characteristics of medicine in China.Methods Problems and difficulties in Chinese patent protection were analyzed.Results and conclusion It is necessary to improve the level of patent protection for traditional Chinese medicine,and to implement international patent strategy of Chinese medicine.
