摘要
采用不同浓度的水杨酸溶液处理盐胁迫(9 g/L)下的辣椒种子,旨在研究水杨酸对盐胁迫下辣椒种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,在0.3 mmol/L的水杨酸和9 g/L的NaCl处理下的辣椒种子的发芽势和发芽率较高,处理后的幼苗的根系活力、叶绿素含量也较高.认为低浓度的水杨酸溶液对盐胁迫下辣椒种子的萌发和幼苗的生长有促进作用.
Different concentrations of salicylic acid solution were used in saltstressed seeds of Capsicum annuumL.aimed to observe their germination and growth of seedlings.The result show that germination potential and germination rate of salt-stressed seeds treated with 0.3mmol/L salicylic acid solution is largest.It can be also observed that roots vigor and chlorophyll content of Capsicum annuumL seedlings is highest after treating seeds with 0.3mmol/L salicylic acid solution.Therefore,salt-stressed seeds germination and seedlings growth are promoted by 0.3mmol/L of salicylic acid solution on Capsicum annuum.
