从大学生就业谈早期职业意识教育

Discussion about awareness education on early career from graduate employment

大学生就业困难已众所周知,原因方方面面,学者们从社会用工问题、大学生就业观念问题、高校培养问题提出了不少有用的建议。文章从大学生就业难揭示我国大学生职业意识教育的欠缺,造成了大学生不会就业、不能就业、不肯就业。文章还从职业的角度谈了职业意识、早期职业意识教育的必要性,以及如何开展职业意识教育。

Everyone knows that it＇s hard for undergraduates to be employed.While the reasons are complex,scholars give suggestions from the questions of social employment,undergraduates＇ conception of employment and the training of universities.This paper reveals that the undergraduate lack of education on professional awareness,which also lead to the fact that undergraduate students don＇t know how to be employed,can＇t be employed and refused to be employed.What＇s more,this paper discusses the importance of professional awareness and early professional awareness in the view of career and how to carry out the education on professional awareness.
