摘要
发展农业化学科学与技术的初级目标是为了满足人口增长和社会文明对农产品的需求，它的高级目标是让人类与包括动物界、植物界在内的大自然和谐发展与共存。绿色农药与绿色农药制剂概念的提出和应用正是顺应了自然界和人类社会发展的规律，符合２１ 世纪农业持续发展的需要。绿色农药和绿色农药制剂就是用无公害的原材料和不生成有害副产物的工艺，制备生物效率高、药效稳定、易于操作使用。
The concepts of green agrochemicals and green agrochemical formulations and their applications are proposed,which are consistent with the essential requirement of 21st century agricultural sustain development.The suggested criteria for green agrochemicals and green agrochemical formulations are:optimum biological efficacy,high selectivity,no harm to crops,good stability of active components and environmental friendly.
