40%氰·莠水悬剂的分析

Analysis of The Combined Suspension Concentrate of 40% Cyanazine and Atrazine

采用反相高效液相色谱法，以甲醇＋ 水＝ ６５ ＋ ３５（ｖ／ｖ） 为流动相，以呋喃酚为内标物，紫外检测器对氰草津和莠去津水悬剂进行分离和测定。结果表明：氰草津和莠去津含量测定的精密度的标准偏差分别为：０３８ 、０２５ ；变异系数分别为：２０１ ％ 、１３８ ％ ， 回收率分别为：９８９ ％ ～９９５ ％ 、９９７ ％ ～１０２０ ％ ；线性相关系数分别为０９９９４７ 。

A Combined suspension concentrate of cyanazine and atrazine was analyzed by RHPLC method using methanol/water(65/35,v/v)as mobile phase,and 2,3-dihydro-2,2-dimethyl-7-hydroxy-benzofuranol as internal standard.The results showed that the cyanazine and atrazine standard deviation were 0.38 and 0.25,coefficients of variation were 2.01% and 1.38%,recoveries were 98.8%～99.5% and 99.7%～102.0% respectively,it also demonstrated a good linary correlation.
