摘要
采用不同生物材料研究了吡虫啉与抑食肼的急性毒性及致突变效应。实验结果表明,吡虫啉与抑食肼的小鼠经口 L D5 0 分别为141m g/kg 与368 m g/kg 体重。同时分别采用滤纸法及溶液法测定了它们对蚯蚓的 L C5 0 ,结果表明,上述两种杀虫剂在不同暴露系统中,显现不同的毒性效应。蚕豆根尖细胞微核试验与小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验结果均呈阴性。
In this paper,the acute toxicity and mutagenicity of two pesticides were tested by various biological materials.The results showed that the LD 50 s of imidacloprid 〔1-(6-chloro-3-pyridylmethyl)-N-nitro-imidazolidin-2-ylideneamine〕and RH-5849〔2′-benzoyl-1′-tert-butylbenzoylhydrazine〕were 141mg/kg and 368mg/kg respectively for mouse by oral administration.LC 50 for earthworms indicated that these two pesticides had different effects in different exposure systems(contact paper test and solution test).Moreover,both the results of two micronucleus tests were negative.
