啶虫脒、吡虫啉对麦蚜的毒力及药效比较

Compare of The Biological Activities and Effectiveness Against Rhopalosiphum padi(L.) with Acetamiprid and Imidacloprid

啶虫脒、吡虫啉、抗蚜威对禾谷缢管蚜的 Ｌ Ｃ５０ 分别为２ ．４７ 、３ ．７２ 、２ ．９１μｇ／ ｍｌ。啶虫脒作用速率快，药后１ ．５ｈ ，蚜虫死亡率近９０ ％ ，２４ｈ 达１００ ％ ；其持效期长达２０ 天；田间试验表明啶虫脒对麦蚜防效最高，用量１１２５ｇ（ａ ．ｉ．）／ｈ ｍ ２ ，药后３ ～２０ 天，防效稳定在９０ ％ 以上。吡虫啉的防治效果与用量相关，用量２２５ｇ（ａ ．ｉ．）／ｈ ｍ ２ 以上，３ ～２０ 天的防效在９０ ％ 左右，但１５ｇ（ａ ．ｉ．）／ｈ ｍ ２

The paper showed that the LC 50 values of acetamiprid,imidacloprid and pirimicarb against Rhopalosiphum padi(L.) were 2.47, 3.72 ,2.91μg/ml respectively.Acetamiprid showed quick result,the mortality of aphids was nearly 90% on the 1.5h after treatment,and 100% on the 24h Its persistant effect remained for 20 days.Mareover,field trial showed that the effectiveness of acetamiprid was the best,with application of 11.25g a.i./ha,the effect remained over 90% after 3～20 days.The effectiveness of imidacloprid was correlated with application,with application of over 22.5g a.i./ha,the effect was about 90% after 3～20 days,but the effect with application of under 15g a.i./ha was not good.
