摘要
采用固相反应法制备YGdAlMnFe(1-δ)复合石榴石材料,研究缺铁量δ对材料介电性能和磁性能等参数的影响。结果表明,适量的缺铁明显改善石榴石材料的电磁性能。当缺铁量δ为0.03时,石榴石材料可获得最佳的性能,材料的电损耗为6.7×10-4,磁损耗为0.97×10-3,剩磁比为0.857。
YGdAlMnFe(1-δ) composite garnets were prepared by conventional ceramic processing method,and their dielectric and magnetic properties were investigated.The results indicated that the proper Fe-deficiency δ remarkably improved the dielectric and magnetic properties of the composite garnets.The sample with δ of 0.03 presented the optimum properties,possessing the dielectric loss of 6.7×10^-4,the magnetic loss of 0.97×10-3,and the remanence ratio of 0.857.
