摘要 介绍了PTA废水处理中目前国内比较先进的一种处理技术:UASB+射流曝气+MBR+UF+RO。该技术具有投资省,处理效率高,运行稳定可靠,无污水排放,出水循环利用,清洁生产等特点和优势。在处理PTA废水时,通过调节进水量,COD负荷,pH,温度,碱度,VAF,污泥浓度,DO等运行参数,装置运行稳定,出水水质良好,能达到国家回用生产水的标准。通过本案例的运行,充分证明了该技术在处理PTA废水时能达到国家推广的生产污水"零"排放的标准,符合中国节能减排的发展要求。 This article describes the current domestic PTA wastewater treatment a more advanced process technology: UASB+jet aeration+MBR+UF+RO.The technology has the characteristics and advantages of investment,dealing with high efficiency,stable and reliable,no sewage disposal,the water is recycled,cleaner production.In PTA wastewater treatment,by adjusting the amount of water,COD load,pH,temperature,alkalinity,VAF,MLSS,dissolved oxygen and other operating parameters,device operating stability,good water quality and can meet the national standards for reuse of water produced.Through the case of operation,fully demonstrated the technology in wastewater treatment can achieve PTA national promotion production sewage discharge standards of "zero",in conformity with the requirements of the development of energy conservation and emission reduction.
