四种肿瘤标志物在卵巢肿瘤检测中的联合应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨血清中巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF),胰岛素样生长因子-2(IGF-2),瘦素(leptin)和泌乳素(PRL)水平与卵巢癌的关系。方法:应用液相芯片技术检测20例卵巢癌术患者,35例卵巢良性肿瘤患者和30例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者血清中IGF-2l、eptin、MIF和PRL的水平,并进行比较。结果:卵巢癌手术前、后患者IGF-2、Leptin以及MIF水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);卵巢癌手术组与良性卵巢病变组间IGF-2和MIF水平的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:IGF-2l、ep-tin和MIF与卵巢癌有一定的关系,其对卵巢癌的诊断价值值得进一步研究。 Objective: To discuss the relation between the serum levels of insulin-like growth factor-2(IGF-2),Leptin,prolactin(PRL) and macrophage migration inhibition factor(MIF) and diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods:By multiplexed Luminex assay,serum levels of IGF-2,Leptin,PRL and MIF were measured and compared in 20 patients with ovarian cancer,35 with benign ovarian tumor and 30 with ovarian endometriosis patients.Results:There were significant differences in serum levels of IGF-2,Leptin and MIF in patients with ovarian cancer before and after surgery(P0.05).Serum levels of IGF-2 and MIF in patients with ovarian cancer were significantly different from those of patients with benign ovarian tumor(P0.01 and P0.05,respectively).Conclusions:Changes of serum levels of IGF-2,Leptin and MIF were associated with ovarian cancer.The further study on their diagnostic value is needed.
