化学镀 Ni - P- P T F E 层常用于一些特定的场合。为提高其耐蚀性,使其能应用于特殊的腐蚀环境。采用了以 Ni - P 合金层为底层, Ni - P- P T F E 层为面层的双层组合。研究了镀层在模拟硫化气氛中的耐蚀性及热处理对镀层耐蚀性的影响。结果表明: Ni- P 合金层采用此双层组合镀层能满足耐硫化气氛腐蚀的要求。此外,热处理对镀层耐蚀性有不利影响,故不宜对镀层进行热处理。
Electroless nickel-phosphorus-polytetrafluoroethylene composite deposits are usually used in some special cases. The purpose of the study was to improve their corrosion resistance in particular corrosion environments. Double layer deposits were adopted with nickel-phosphorus alloy deposits as base layer and nickel-phosphorus-polytetrafluoroethylene as surface layer. Corrosion resistance of the deposits in simulated vulcanized gases was measured, and effect of thermal treatment on corrosion resistance of the deposits was studied. The results indicate that nickel-phosphorus alloy deposits are more corrosion resistant than nickel-phosphorus-polytetrafluoroethylene composite deposits. Corrosion resistance of nickel-phosphorus-*polytetrafluoroethylene deposits in vulcanized gases is greatly improved by depositing a base layer of nickel-phosphorus deposit. In addition, thermal treatment has detrimental effect on corrosion resistance of the double-layer deposits, therefore the deposits should not be thermal treated.
