摘要
为了实施"大学生素质拓展计划",许多高校都在积极努力地开展大学生素质拓展训练。从理论方面讲,大学生素质拓展训练不仅能够适应全球化背景下我国高等教育改革发展和人才培养的根本要求,还可以满足高校学生成长、成才的需求,是中国特色社会主义教育体系的重要组成部分。
In order to implement the plan of quality development,many universities work hard at carrying out quality development training.Theoretically,it＇s not only the need to adapt the higher education reform and the talent cultivation in the globalization background but also meet the student development which is the important part of education system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
