摘要
用显微解剖学、传统解剖学及组织学方法对205个颅骨和70个尸头进行了观察,研究了视神经管的应用解剖及视神经管减压术的手术入路解剖学,同时选用50个颅骨做CT扫描,对照实物研究了蝶窦、筛窦和视神经管的影像。对鼻旁窦内视神经管的识别方法进行了讨论,提出了视神经管减压术时视神经管壁切除的改进意见,探讨了眼动脉与视神经管下壁切除的关系等。并对视神经管减压术的各种方法进行了解剖学评价。
Micro—anatomy, classic anatomy and histologic methods was used to study the applied anatomy of optical canal, optic artery and surgical approach for decompression of optical canal on 205 skulls and 70 heads of cadavers. We contrasted with samples to study the figure of ethmoidal sphenoidal sinuses. On the basis of observations, we make better advise for cut off the wall of optic canal and evaluated many methods used for decompression of optic canal.
