摘要
对正丁烷氧化制顺酐催化反应的机理与动力学模型、循环流化床反应工艺及载氧型催化剂的制备、成型、结构与性能表征方法进行了比较系统的论述。从已有研究成果来看,烃类的选择性催化氧化工艺已有较大的改进,循环流化床反应器得到广泛应用,人们对催化剂的晶格氧在烃类选择氧化反应中的作用有了较深入的认识,但对载氧型催化剂的制备和催化性能尚缺乏较系统的研究。
The mechanism and kinetics for preparing maleic anhydride by oxidation of butane are
studied, and the reaction process of a circulating fluid bed reactor and the properties of VPO
catalyst are systematically described. The former results of studies show that oxidation
process for selective catalyticoxidation of hydrogen has been improved, and the circulating
fluid bed reactor has been successfully applied in FCC refine process. The roles of lattice
oxygen of catalyst in selective oxidation of hydrogen have been recognized. The further study
should be aimed at preparation and catalytic properties of oxigencarrier catalyst.
