摘要
社区融合是智障人士社区康复模式中极为重要的指导理念之一。智障康复民间组织因其自身能力的局限性和诸多客观因素的现实影响,其在社区融合过程中往往会存在一定的利益冲突。本文以利益分析为视角,对智障康复民间组织在社区融合过程中的利益冲突及其产生的原因进行分析并提出建议,即建构"利益双赢模式"是实现智障康复民间组织社区融合的必然途径。
Community Inclusion is one of important ideas for mentally retarded people＇s community rehabilitation.Because of limited organizational abilities and the effect from some objective factors,mental retardation rehabilitation NGOs may be confronted with some benefit conflicts in the process of community inclusion.This article use benefit analysis as the perspective,deeply analyzes the benefit conflicts and the reasons that happens in the community inclusion of mental retardation rehabilitation NGOs,and states the idea that win-win benefits model is an necessary way for mental retardation rehabilitation NGOs to reach community inclusion.
