摇臂截割部是电牵引采煤机的重要组成部分,是采煤机的关键部件和易损件,摇臂截割部的结构决定着采煤机的质量和使用效果。就其截割电机和摇臂壳体联接处螺栓经常折断的问题进行分析研究,并且对其强化设计,使该机的适应性、可靠性得到较大的改进。
Radial electric cutting unit is an important part of shearer,shearer is the key components and wear parts,cutting arm structure of the department determines the quality and the effect of coal mining.The cutting motor and its housing arm connection bolts often break of the issues are analysed,and its enhanced design of the machine＇s flexibility,reliability is greatly improved.
