摘要
主要介绍工程钻机GDY-2000L的主要组成、工作原理,并针对其多变幅机构的变幅过程进行了多种状态下的虚拟仿真。通过仿真分析得出变幅机构的关键点及在不同工况下的最大受力状况,对类似结构设计具有指导意义。
The main contents and working principium of GDY-2000L type engineering drilling rig with multi-luffing mechanism are introduced,and the luffing course of multi-luffing mechanism is simulated in diverse working position.The key points and maximal loading of the multi-luffing mechanism are found by simulation,the results of simulation are very useful to design some similarity structures.
