摘要
由于水压凿岩机以纯水作为工作介质,存在着泄漏、腐蚀和汽蚀等关键技术问题。通过对水压凿岩机液压驱动及控制原理图进行设计与分析,提出了合理的密封结构,对各种液压元器件选用了合适的材料。所得结果为水压凿岩机的改进设计提供了参考和依据。
Due to the hydraulic drill machine using water as medium,there were many key technical issues,such as leakage,corrosion and cavitation etc.Through designing and analyzing hydraulic drive and control principle diagram of hydraulic drill machine,Put forward the reasonable sealing structure and chose the suitable materials for all kinds of hydraulic components.The conclusions can be used in improvement design for hydraulic drill machine as theory reference and basis.
