摘要
通过对40Cr材质渐开线圆柱直齿轮进行疲劳寿命实验分析,得到该材质齿轮的有效疲劳实验数据,给出了齿轮寿命的分布预测结果,利用这些数据可以为今后的齿轮抗疲劳设计提供有效地指导,并提出疲劳试验前的数值模拟应用。实验分析结果能确保矿用传动系统的安全可靠运行,从而避免煤矿事故的发生。
This paper focus on the 40Cr involute cylindrical gear to get the fatigue experiment data,through the statistical analysis,we get the weibull distribution of the gear fatigue life.These analysis results would be useful to realize the anti-fatigue optimization design of gear driven system.And we suggest that it would be helpful to use finite element method analysis to determine the suitable loading force on the gear teeth,these would greatly reduce the test preparation numbers.The results of this paper could be used to ensure the mining gear system in safe operation,and avoid the coal mining accidents arising.
