摘要 介绍了频域法的基本理论,模拟井下采煤工况对连采机进行了有限元分析,利用连采机井下测试数据及有限元分析输出、输入识别出连采机井下采煤受到的载荷,为了揭示连采机井下采煤时受到的随机载荷内在的统计规律,运用一维载荷谱的编制理论,编制了连采机载荷谱。 The basic theory of frequency domain method was introduced.Simulating coal mining conditions,finite element analysis to continuous shearer was done.Using measuring data of continuous shearer mining coal、output and input data of finite element analysis,load which is undertaken by continuous shear when it mines coal was identified,to reveal internal statistical regularity of random load which is undertaken by continuous shearer when it is mining coal,using one-dimensional load spectrum compiling theory,continuous shearer load spectrum was made up.
