摘要
在对防坠器制动系统做简单介绍的基础上,将制动钢丝绳视为连续体,基于牛顿定律,建立了其振动控制方程。在有限元软件ANSYS中,以集中质量单元模拟罐笼自重及载重,以LINK180单元的塑性模拟缓冲器的缓冲效果和弹性特性模拟制动绳,通过对实际工况的模拟,求得了防坠器制动过程中的动力学特性。
A brief introduction of the parachute gear system,viewing the brake cable wire as continuum structure,the vibration controlling equation of system was established based on Newton's laws.In finite element software ANSYS,use lumped mass element to simulate self weight and load of cage,use plastic property of LINK180 element to simulate buffering effect of bumper and use elastic property of LINK180 element to simulate the brake cable wire.Through simulation of actual conditions,get the dynamics characteristic of system during braking of parachute gear finally.
