摘要
模具类零部件多存在大量圆孔或异形孔,位置精度要求较高,因此常规加工方法为线切割。如果采用一次性线切割工艺加工出所有高精度位置的孔,可以避免定位误差,并明显提高线切割加工的位置精度。在分析孔加工形状误差的基础上提出了一种改进工艺。该工艺同时适用于快走丝和慢走丝。
Plenty of round holes or shaped holes distributed in mould component with higher positional requirement,in general,are formed by WEDM technology.For the WEDM operation,whole holes with high requirement should be finished in one time,which can avoid of positional error and enhance the positional precision effectively.Investigate into the geometrical tolerance and present in an improved process.This process can both suitable for WEDM-HS and WEDM-LS.
