摘要
CA6140普通车床的数控化改造可以提高加工自动化程度,满足企业对加工的更高要求。提出了采用FANUC 0i MATE TC数控系统对该机床进行数控化改造的方案,介绍了进给系统改造中滚珠丝杠副的计算和选型,阐述了数控系统的连接、调试和PMC程序设计。
Numerically controlled transform of ordinary CA6140 lathe can improve the automatic degree and meet higher demands of the enterprise for machining.The methods of Numerically controlled transform based on FANUC 0i Mate-TC NC system are proposed.Calculation and Selection for ballscrew pair are introduced during the transform of feed drive systems.The linkage and debugging of NC system and PMC programming are explained.
