摘要 掘进机故障自诊断系统是当今掘进机机器人化的关键技术之一,也是掘进机发展的重要方向。针对国内掘进机截割头主轴面临的故障频发特点及现有故障诊断系统不能满足现实需要的问题,结合截割头运行故障特性,对掘进机故障诊断软硬件系统进行研究。设计了嵌入式系统,对掘进机截割头主轴工作状态的实时监测、故障预知和自诊断等功能,为进一步提高掘进机工作效率和工作安全可靠性奠定了基础。 Self-diagnostic system for roadheader is one of key technologies to implement robotization,which is also important development direction.To meet practical needs for characteristics of frequently occurred faults in domestic roadheader and problem of present diagnosis system,hardware and software of fault diagnosis systems are systematically studied based on operational failure characteristics of cutting head.The functions of real-time monitoring of conditions monitoring,faults prediction and self-diagnostic is implemented by designed embedded system.It provides a basic equipment to improve work efficiency,security and reliability of roadheader.
