一株L-异亮氨酸高产菌的分离与产酸特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 从神农架表层土壤中分离获得一株L-异亮氨酸产酸性能高的细菌。根据形态学观察、培养特性、生化试验,确定该菌属于黄色短杆菌属,通过对该菌生长和代谢曲线的测定发现:该菌生长速度快,异亮氨酸产量高,且具有比较稳定的产酸性能。 A L-isoleucine producing strain was isolated from Shennongjia soil. According to the results of morphology, the culture characteristics, physiological and biochemical tests, the strain was belonged to Brevibacterium flavum. Study on growth curve and metabolism indicated that the strain had rapid growth rate, high yield of L-Isoleucine and stable acid producing capacity.
