摘要
以平均粒径为26μm的天然微细鳞片石墨为原料,以浓硫酸为插层剂,高锰酸钾作为氧化剂,采用强酸浸渍法制备酸化石墨,经高温膨胀制得膨胀石墨。研究了细鳞片石墨酸化和膨胀的主要影响因素,确定了膨胀石墨的最佳制备条件:高锰酸钾与石墨的质量比为0.35、硫酸与石墨的质量比为5.5,硫酸浓度为98%,反应时间为90 min,反应温度为40℃,膨化温度为900℃,膨化时间为50 s。此细鳞片石墨的最佳膨胀体积达到17.4 mL/g。
Expanded graphite was prepared by a chemical method using natural flake graphite, the particle size of which was 26pro, concentrated sulfuric acid as intercalation agents, and potassium permanganate as oxidant. The optimum condition of preparing the expand graphite was determined by the research of factors affecting expand volume: m(H2SO4) : m(C)=5.5 : 1, m(KMnO4) : m(C)=0.35 : 1, the concentration of sulfuric acid was 98%, reaction time was 90min, and reaction temperature was 40℃; Expansion temperature was 900℃, Expanded lime was 50s.
