摘要
研究了不同焙烧温度对烧结加气页岩砖烧成收缩、体积密度、抗压强度以及吸水率的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析了不同焙烧温度条件下所得试样的微观结构和矿物组成。结果表明,与焙烧温度为1000℃时相比,1100℃下焙烧的试样体积密度增大了5.9%、抗压强度提高43.9%、吸水率降低6.5%;该焙烧温度下,试样产生较多液相,其主要矿物组成为石英、硅灰石以及钙长石,试样密度为778 kg/m3,抗压强度可达5.9 MPa。
The influence of sintering temperature on firing shrinkage, volume density, compressive strength and water absorption of specimens were studied. The microstructures and mineral phases of sintered specimens were analyzed by the way of scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. Results showed that, compared with the ones sintered at 1000℃, volume density of the specimens at 1100℃ increased by 5.9%, compressive strength increased by 43.9% while water absorption decreased by 6.5%. At 1100℃, much liquid generated and the main mineral phases of specimens were quartz, wollastonite and anorthite, compressive strength of specimens could reach 5.9MPa.
