摘要
生产过程中,一些抽油井的油管中会形成一个或两个特定的段塞气柱。在活塞上、下冲程中,段塞气往于特定的位置上交替出现,且在油管内液柱的作用下弹性伸缩,产生旋流、空蚀。热效应及呼吸等作用。最终造成油管丝和(公扣、母扣)之间刺槽、本体刮擦等,导致腐蚀加剧油管变薄刺漏而躺井。建议通过减少冲次、泵升级、提高丝扣的压紧系数、增加丝扣数量等方法解决该难题。
When some pumping wells are producing,one or two special slug gas columns are formed in the cause of the piston rurming. It alternately product in a fixed place. It can result in whirl flow effect, air corrosion effect, thermal effect, respiration effect and so forth. The final result is tubing piercement. This paper suggests some metheds to solve the question at the end.
