几种阳离子固色剂对涂布纸喷墨打印性能的影响 被引量:5

The effects of several cationic colour fixers on inkjet printing performance of coated papers

摘要 分别考察了三种阳离子固色剂—聚乙烯胺、聚乙烯亚胺和聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵对彩色喷墨打印纸物理性能和打印性能的影响。实验分别等比例将三种固色剂添加到涂料中,然后对非涂布原纸进行涂布和压光整饰,对比分析其对纸张物理性能和喷墨打印性能的影响,涉及参数包括:白度、不透明度、平滑度、透气度、吸水性、色密度、阶调再现性、线条清晰度、墨点圆度、打印图像耐水性和色差。结果表明:三种阳离子聚合物均降低了纸张的白度和平滑度,对透气度略有改善,而对纸张其他物理性能没有太大影响。其中聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵可显著改善打印图像的打印质量和耐水性能,在涂料固含量为24%时,其最佳用量为绝干颜料质量的5%。 Three kinds of cationic colour fixers,VFH,PEI and PDMDAAC,which are used in the coating of colour ink-jet printing paper,were studied and then the physical properties and ink-jet printability of the coated paper were measured.In experiment,three kinds of cationic colour fixers were added in the coating colour in the same proportions.After coating and calendering,the physical properties and ink-jet printability were analyzed and compared.The related terms are whiteness,opacity,roughness,porosity,water absorption,colour density,tones reproduction,sharpness of line,and roundness of dot,fastness to water and colour difference.The results show that the three kinds of cationic colour fixers can all lower the whiteness and smoothness of paper,but have little effect on other physical properties.PDMDAAC is superior to other two cationic colour fixers in improving paper ink-jet printability and fastness to water.When the solids content is 24%,the best dosage of PDMDAAC is 0.5% on dry pigment.
