化学水处理一级除盐离子交换器提产节能改造

Transformation for raising production and saving energy of first-stage desalination ion exchanger in water chemical treatment

摘要 采用强型离子交换树脂做交换剂的一级除盐化学水处理系统在生产运行过程中容易受原水水质影响,导致制水运行周期短、生产成本高、设备日常维护量大。将普通阴阳离子交换器改造成弱型-强型树脂组合的双层交换床后,实践表明:能大幅提高系统产能,增加周期制水量,减少运行成本和设备日常维护,能有效解决原水水质变化和频繁的设备维护对正常生产的影响。 The water chemical treatment system of first-stage desalination by using strong ion exchange resin as exchange reagent is easily influenced by original water quality in the process of producing operation.This system can result in the short period of running,high cost of production and much of maintenance costs.The ordinary negative and positive ion exchanger was transformed into weak type-strong resin double layer bed.The result shows that the transformed system can greatly improve the production of the system,increase water production period,reduce the production cost and regular apparatus maintenance.It can effectively solve the impact due to the variation in original water quality and much maintenance of equipment.
