不同中医辨证分型乳腺增生病患者的彩色多普勒超声表现及分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨乳腺增生病中医证候与影像学表现的相关性,为其中医辨证分型提供客观依据。方法对临床166例乳腺增生病患者辨证归类,分别分析证型间的彩色多普勒超声中腺体回声、结构、阴影、血流改变等各项特征,归纳中医证候与影像表现的相关性指标。结果肝郁气滞型及冲任失调型患者二维声像图分型Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型比例均约为50%,而痰瘀互结型以Ⅱ型为主,后者与前两者比较均有显著差异(P均<0.01);三种证型患者彩色多普勒血流分级两两比较均有显著差异(P均<0.01);痰瘀互结型患者收缩期最高流速(Vm ax)和阻力指数(R I)与其他两种证型患者比较均有显著差异(P<0.01、0.05)。结论乳腺增生病的中医辨证分型与其彩色多普勒超声表现有明显对应关系,其中Vm ax和R I可作为该病中医辨证的客观化指标;此为开拓乳腺增生病的中医辨证思路和方法、丰富辨证理论体系提供了依据。
