摘要
为揭示氧化催化器(DOC)对柴油机颗粒物排放的影响,利用ELPI、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)和离子色谱法(IC)对一款装有DOC的柴油机排放颗粒物数量浓度和无机盐组分的排放速率进行实验研究。结果表明:DOC后排放颗粒物的数量有所降低;但大多数无机盐组分排放速率都增加,且随负荷的升高而增大,其中,地壳元素的增长幅度大于人为元素;在大多数工况下硫酸根离子的排放速率增大,且随转速和负荷的增加而增大;硫酸根在颗粒物中的质量分数也增大,且随负荷的升高而增大。
For revealing the impact of diesel oxidation catalyst(DOC) on the particulate emissions of diesel engine,an experimental study on the number concentration of exhaust particulate and the emission rate of mineral salt components in a diesel engine equipped with DOC is conducted by using ELPI,ICP-AES and IC.The results show that with DOC,the number of exhaust particulates reduces,but the emission rate of most mineral salt components increases,and they increase with the rise in load,in which the increase rate of crustal elements is greater than that of factitious elements.In most working conditions the emission rate of SO2-_4 increases and it increases with the rise in speed and load;and the mass fraction of SO2-_4 in particulate also increases,and it increases with the rise in load.
