摘要
针对电动客车BK6122EV存在的换低挡困难问题,通过建立换挡过程的数学模型和仿真,分析了换挡控制参数对换挡过程的影响,提出了根据目标挡位选取适当的目标调速值以改善换挡质量的控制策略;接着对基于Pro/E和ADAMS建立的模型进行了动力学仿真,提出了目标调速值的设定原则;最后通过实车试验验证了该策略可缩短换挡时间,提高换挡的平顺性。
Aiming at the difficulty of down shifting in electric bus BK6122EV,the effects of shifting control parameters on gear shifting process are analyzed through establishing a mathematical model for shifting process and conducting simulation.A control strategy is proposed that improve shifting quality by selecting appropriate target motor speed based on target gear position.Then a dynamic simulation is performed on a model built with Pro/E and ADAMS,and a principle of setting target motor speed is put forward.Finally it is verified by real vehicle test that the strategy can shorten gear shifting time and enhance smoothness of gear shifting.
