摘要
基于2002年-2007年之间发生并购的我国汽车行业27家A股上市公司的数据,运用因子分析法,对样本企业的并购绩效进行实证研究。统计结果表明,我国汽车产业的并购整合未能有效提高作为综合绩效集中体现的持续创新能力。
Based on the data of 27 A-share listed companies in Chinese Automotive Industry implementing merger in the period of 2002-2007 and by using factor analysis method,an empirical research on the merger performance of sample enterprises is conducted.The statistical results show that the merger happened in Chinese Automotive Industry had not effectively enhance its sustainable innovation capability as the focal embodiment of comprehensive performance.
