摘要 主动脉壁内血肿（intramural aortic hematoma,IAH）是急性主动脉综合征（acute aortic syndrome,AAS）包含的主动脉病变之一,并不少见,发病机理不十分清楚。随着MSCT及MRI的广泛应用,报道逐渐增多,
